This
classic compact range has changed little since the 1940s.
The Doric evokes memories of early ESSE cookers from the
mid 1800s.
Its
compact size make it ideal for the smaller cottage itchen,
but despite this the Doric has a generous, evenly heated
super conductive steel overn large enough to cook a 17lb
turkey. The single rectangular hotplate, equipped with its
heat conservaton lid can accommodate up to four pans.
Available
with an option to heat domestic hot water and a number of
radiators the Doric also offers the choice of traditional
exposed legs or flush panels, and left or right hand positioning
of the oven and flue.
Ideally
suited to burn smokeless fuel, the Doric is both economical
and highly effective.
