Each stove is different so a different set of tools will be needed depending on the stove but most commonly you will need either a flat head or cross head screwdriver, an Allen key or a suitable sized spanner, You might find that the bolts that hold the clips in place may be quite tight so a good soaking in WD/40 is advised.
Loosen of bolts/screws and remove clips holding the glass, carefully remove broken glass (Robax ceramic glass is currently not recycled in the U.K so dispose of glass in your general waste) remove the old seal and clean the recess where the seal was.
The self-adhesive seal provided with the glass must be stuck to the face of the glass that will be sat in the door.
Place the glass seal-side down in the door and gently tighten up the clips making sure not to over-tighten as this could cause the glass to break when the stove gets hot (the glass should have some movement in the door). Now sit back and enjoy!
For this job you will require a wire brush, finishing tape, Heatbond glue and rope seal.
Remove old rope seal and gently scrape any seal stuck to the door and clean with wire brush.
Place new rope seal in recess to get an accurate measurement of how much to use.
Apply some finishing tape to the rope seal where you are going to make your cut to stop rope from fraying.
Apply the Heatbond glue all along the recess of the door.
Place door seal in recess of door gently pressing down to get a snug fit making sure there are no gaps where the two ends of rope meet. Now sit back and enjoy!
